In this crazy dog-eat-dog, another-day-another-dollar, working-for-the-weekend, cliché laden world of ours, multi tasking isn’t an option, its a necessity. So what do you do if you only have an hour or so to yourself? Do you get lost in a good book, or do you unwind with a crafting project? Well now you don’t have to choose, you can even multi task your hobbies with CraftLit, “a podcast for crafters who love books.” A crafter who loves books? Why that’s me! And it’s probably you too! CraftLit is a fun format, hosted by Heather Ordover from Tucson, AZ in which she discusses whatever is on her mind craft wise (she seems to be primarily a knitter herself), and reviews a website, magazine, or book, she then has a chapter or two of a book read aloud. Every week there’s a new podcast, with a few more chapters until one book is done and another is started. Typically, the podcasts clock in around 1 hr a piece, so they are perfect for that Saturday R&R. Right now she is in the middle of tales of Tristam and Isolde. Ah L’amore. So anyway, clear a spot in your crafting corner and take a load off with Heather and her band of merry readers.
